- Simply put I hated school and left a loving home to escape the pressure. I managed to find a home in the US Army where I remained for many years. Passed the GED, attained a BA and went to graduate school. Learned to love learning. Located in Asia with my Sp Ops home base in Japan.

I sure remember these trees from my boyhood days. I loved the mountains in the winter as well as summer but it was COLD. Sometimes I left school and was not dressed for this. Nearly has frostbite one year on my toes. The doc said to put my frozen feet in very cold water. WOW!
